How to see the EXIF data of a photo online

The quick way
- Open Shutterlune and drop your photo on the page.
- Open Camera details. The camera, lens, aperture, shutter speed, ISO, focal length and date that were found in the file are filled in.
- Compare them with what you expect. Values that are missing were not stored in the file.
The photo is read in your browser and is not uploaded to a server.

Other ways to look
- Windows: right-click the file, choose Properties, then the Details tab.
- Mac: open the photo in Preview, then choose Tools and Show Inspector.
- iPhone: open the photo in Photos and swipe up, or tap the info button.
- Android: open the photo in your gallery and choose Details.

If the details are empty
Screenshots, images made in design tools, and pictures that went through some messaging or social apps often have no EXIF data. Try the original file straight from your camera or phone.
